Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Supervisor, Audit & Compliance to lead a centralized national team overseeing regulatory compliance, audits, licensing, and risk management within Post Closing. The role partners with Operations, Underwriting, Legal, and regulators to ensure policy adherence and industry standards across all states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in title, escrow, settlement services, compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with regulators, underwriters, auditors, legal teams, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Audit & Compliance team members and set performance standards.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and respond to requests and investigations.
• Oversee licensing requirements and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
