Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate seeks a Supervisor, Audit & Compliance to lead a centralized national team supporting audit readiness, regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing administration, and issue resolution within Post Closing. The role liaises with Operations, Underwriting, State Agencies, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to ensure policy and regulatory alignment.

The Supervisor will guide process improvements, maintain SOPs, and ensure consistent compliance execution across states

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title, escrow, settlement services, compliance, audit, risk management, or related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, underwriters, auditors, legal teams, and operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop the Audit & Compliance team.
• Establish performance expectations, service standards, and productivity goals.
• Lead audits, regulatory inquiries, and licensing administration activities.
• Oversee risk management, fraud prevention, and operational controls.
• Coordinate claims, subpoenas, and document production requests.
• Develop SOPs and drive process improvements across units.
