Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations.

- Experience managing full sales or leasing cycles.
- Knowledge of real property concepts, contracts, and transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization, time management, and self-direction for remote work.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, virtual tour tech, and online listing services.
