You will prospect leads, conduct showings and virtual tours, prepare and negotiate offers, and guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing while analyzing market trends and performing CMAs to advise pricing and strategies.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License in operating jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.
• Proven sales skills: lead generation, conversion, and negotiation.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management.
• Comfort with remote work technologies, CRMs, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a virtual team.
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate preferred or strong potential.
