Job summary

Gold Coast Home Buyers is hiring a fully remote Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to convert high-intent inbound seller leads into signed contracts. You will own seller appointments, offer calls, negotiation, and follow-up; initial intake and appointments are handled separately.

You will also follow up with older leads and past appointments that didn’t convert to uncover opportunities. After a contract is signed, you will support the seller and coordinate with Dispositions and Transaction

Qualifications

• At least two years in a closing sales role with direct responsibility for closing with decision-makers.
• Proven record of closing deals and meeting quota or targets.
• Strong consultative selling, follow-up, objection handling, and closing by phone or video.

Responsibilities

• Review seller notes, property details, and photos before each seller call.
• Analyze comps and determine defensible after-repair value and offer ranges.
• Conduct seller appointments by phone or video and move opportunities toward a decision.
• Understand motivation, timeline, condition, price expectations, decision-makers, and title issues.
• Present offers, handle objections, negotiate within authority, and prepare purchase agreements.
• Maintain notes, offer history, and pipeline status in the CRM; use Slack for updates and handoffs.
• Follow up persistently with qualified sellers and older leads to uncover opportunities.
• Hand signed contracts to Dispositions with rationale and risks; support through closing.
• Participate in remote pipeline reviews and sales coaching.
