Job summary

PRG Real Estate is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to evaluate and execute multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You will partner with the investment team and gain hands-on experience across the acquisition lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate, 1–3 years of experience, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills. Travel up to 50% is required, and you will work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions.
• Conduct market research, including rent/sales comps and economic trends.
• Support due diligence, including property tours and document review.
• Prepare investment materials and presentations.
• Track deal flow and maintain pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams.
• Assist with transaction structuring and cash flow projections.
