NRP Group is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst/Associate to support evaluation, underwriting, and execution of multifamily investment opportunities. You will build financial models, analyze markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the deal process from initial screening through closing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, attention to detail, and a path toward leadership in a growing platform. Hybrid work from Washington, DC is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of real estate acquisitions, development, or financial analysis experience.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite prospective multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Build institutional-quality financial models including cash flows, budgets, and cap rates.
• Review IOs, rent rolls, T-12s, and broker packages for various opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials and financial summaries.
• Collaborate with development, construction, asset management, and capital markets teams.
