Job summary
The NRP Group is hiring an Acquisitions Analyst/Associate to support evaluation, underwriting, and execution of multifamily opportunities in a newly created platform. You will build institutional models, perform market research, and collaborate with senior leadership, brokers, and partners to drive deal flow from initial screening through closing.
Ideal candidates are analytical and commercially minded, with 2–5 years of experience in real estate investments and strong Excel/modelling skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain institutional quality financial models for multifamily acquisitions and development.
- Review offering memorandums, rent rolls, T-12s, and broker packages for opportunities.
- Evaluate feasibility and returns using IRR, equity multiple, NPV, NOI, and DCF.
- Prepare sources/uses, sensitivity analyses, and market research to support decisions.
- Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to support investment committee materials.
