Job summary

PRG Real Estate is seeking an Acquisition Analyst to evaluate multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You will work with our investment team across the full acquisition lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in modeling, property analysis, and deal structuring.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of NOI, IRR, and cap rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Join us as an Acquisition Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in evaluating and executing multifamily investments through financial underwriting, market research, and due diligence. You’ll partner closely with our investment team, gaining hands‑on experience across the full acquisition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property financials, rent rolls, and operating reports
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisitions

• Support due diligence, including property tours and document review
• Prepare investment materials and presentations
