Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience, consistently ranked within the top 10%.
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and value properties.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts.
• Estimate repairs and determine property values.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
