Job summary

Esperion is seeking a Territory Manager, Sales for the Sarasota, FL area. The role focuses on on‑label promotion and execution of sales strategies to target customers, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers and promote Esperion products through various channels while ensuring compliant, efficient territory execution. Travel up to 30% is expected, including overnight stays for territory business and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Willing to travel up to 30% including overnight stays for territory business.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record meeting Esperion standards.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or similar.
• Desire to work in a startup environment or entrepreneurial sales model with sole territory responsibility.
• Ability to influence and communicate with varied audiences including HCPs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual territory sales goals as approved by Commercial Leadership.
• Review performance metrics with RSM to maximize sales results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in Sarasota, FL.
• Promote and educate HCPs on Esperion products through meetings and approved programs.
• Analyze local market trends and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and complete required training.
