Job summary

Canteen North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and operations roles, including Route Drivers, Service Technicians, and Attendants.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable handling a high volume of sourcing, screening, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role offers partial remote flexibility and the chance to contribute to our growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting high-volume frontline/operations roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with applicant tracking systems (PeopleHub).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline and operations positions.
• Review 150–400 candidates per week and 6–9 phone screens per day.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities for assigned locations.
• Coordinate candidate communications and pre-employment screening.
• Partner with 15–30 Hiring Managers across locations.
• Support recruitment events and community initiatives as needed.
