Job summary

Daisy is hiring a field-based sales professional to own a Miami territory, prospect builders and homeowners, conduct in-home consultations, and develop tailored proposals with Daisy’s team. This role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM discipline, and closing deals for premium smart home installations.

You’ll manage a full sales cycle, from outreach to closing, with performance-based compensation and a path for growth as the franchise expands in Greater Miami.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales hunting or business development, with pipeline from scratch.
• Experience running in-home or on-site consultations and writing proposals.
• Disciplined CRM user with organized follow-ups and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect builders, designers, architects and homeowners through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
• Conduct in-home consultations: listen to how clients live, scope the opportunity and recommend solutions.
• Develop and present tailored proposals, partnering with system designers on technical scope.
• Present Daisy’s solutions to trade partners and clients, one-on-one and in small groups.
• Run your pipeline in our CRM: log every touch, manage stages and use data for outreach planning.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
