Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate applications and resumes to identify best candidates.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.
• Proficient with or quickly learn applicant-tracking software or recruitment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the recruiting process for mid-level, senior, and high-priority openings.
• Develop and improve internal processes and employer branding.
• Train and mentor hiring teams and consultants on recruiting best practices.
• Manage relationships with Career Services and state/local employment resources.
• Assist in job description development and revisions for selected positions.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and timecard/PTO processes for assigned staff.
