Responsibilities

• Review active construction project data to determine scheduling needs and priorities.
• Analyze project information remotely to decide whether work should be accelerated or completed earlier based on criteria.
• Use data and analytics to assess project scope, readiness, and scheduling placement.
• Partner with internal teams to support scheduling decisions for active construction work.
• Maintain accurate and organized data records to support project tracking and workflow management.
• Utilize Quickbase and P2M to review and manage job information.
• Identify data gaps or inconsistencies that may affect scheduling decisions.
