Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for construction and mission-critical data center projects. The role requires proficiency in Primavera P6, IMS development, and EVM, with strong communication and multi-project management skills.

You will coordinate with project teams and engineering across disciplines to ensure on-time delivery, manage long-lead materials, and enforce TIA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on construction or data center projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience in IMS development and maintenance.
• Knowledge of EVM principles and cost performance reporting.
• Familiarity with TIA standards for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; scheduling certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for construction and data center projects.
• Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across disciplines and subcontractors.
• Perform schedule risk, critical path, and time impact analyses.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) by aligning schedule activities with cost accounts.
• Prepare schedule narratives, baseline reports, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, subcontractors, and engineering teams to collect progress data.
• Incorporate TIA and mission-critical requirements into program schedules.
• Monitor long-lead procurement and sequencing of critical materials.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and document changes.
• Maintain schedule libraries and baselines for audits.
