Job summary

Integra seeks a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules for complex data center builds. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to align timelines, track progress, and adjust schedules as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least four years of experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools.
• Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and subcontractors to gather input and validate scheduling assumptions.
• Monitor ongoing project activity, compare actual progress against the baseline schedule, and identify variances.
• Conduct regular updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact assessments. Recommend corrective actions for delays or risks.
• Analyze the critical path and float to determine the effect of changes and inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare schedule status reports, progress summaries, and documentation of schedule changes and delays.
• Confirm that subcontractor timelines and deliverables align with the overall project schedule.
• Flag potential scheduling issues early and collaborate with team members to develop mitigation plans.
