Job summary

Interstates is hiring a Senior Construction Project Scheduler (Data Centers). You will build and manage schedules for large hyperscale data center programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject, coordinating with estimators, PMs, and field teams.

You will identify critical paths, perform schedule analyses, and present recovery plans to leadership and clients, with travel up to 50% and preference for office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience with CPM techniques.
• Experience on large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Ability to read drawings/specifications and communicate schedules clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with estimating, PM, and operations to break down complex hyperscale data center projects into tasks and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerProject.
• Identify critical paths, run schedule analyses, and communicate risks to leadership.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize project completion.
• Deliver look-ahead reports, recovery plans, and earned value support when applicable.
• Lead schedule reviews and mentor junior schedulers across projects.
• Collaborate with owners, subs, and field leaders to ensure alignment.
