Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Construction Scheduler to review GC schedules, report health to leadership, and drive consistency across projects. You will partner with the Construction Team and GCs to apply scheduling best practices and analyze time impact delays.

You will develop internal reports, create what-if analyses, and build dashboards in Power BI, while maintaining schedule standards and supporting predictability across the program.

Qualifications

• BS in construction management, business, or engineering.
• 10 years’ experience with construction scheduling.
• PSP or PMP certified is preferred.
• Experience with Data Centers or high-tech construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline establishment with general contractors.
• Review project schedules for concerns and mitigation.
• Develop monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks.
• Create what-if scenarios to influence decisions.
• Maintain high-level schedules and ensure planned capacity on time.
• Implement scheduling best practices and drive standardization.
• Develop scheduling KPIs and dashboards.
• Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback.
• Lead schedule meetings with construction team and GC.
