Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Sr. Construction Scheduler to review and analyze General Contractors’ schedules and report schedule health to stakeholders.

This role collaborates with the Construction Team to ensure scheduling best practices are applied across the program and to analyze delays via Time Impact Analyses. A data-driven approach supports predictability and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, or Engineering.
• 10 years’ experience with construction scheduling responsibilities.
• Experience with Data Centers or high-tech construction projects preferred.
• PSP or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline establishment with general contractors and internal teams.
• Review schedules to identify concerns and mitigation opportunities.
• Develop monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks.
• Create what-if scenarios to influence decision making.
• Maintain high-level internal schedules and ensure on-time capacity.
• Implement scheduling best practices and drive standardization.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; present schedule health to stakeholders.
• Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to teams.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and PM.
• Lead schedule meetings with construction teams and contractors.
