Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for a data center project in Lithia Springs, Georgia.

The role leads scheduling, analyzes project information, and develops detailed schedules with the team and trade partners on electrical data center deployments. The ideal candidate brings 3 years of electrical construction scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years' recent electrical construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules, and resource and cost loading.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Works as the Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects, handling scheduling and reporting.
• Analyzes project information and prepares documents for planning and scheduling.
• Develops detailed schedules with project team and trade partners.
• Responsible for input, analysis, and monitoring of design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversees all project scheduling activities and provides status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Reviews schedule updates and changes and creates impact reports on financial implications and delays.
