Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning and closeout, coordinating activities, schedules and budgets.

This role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to drive safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 100% based on project demands; proficiency with ProCore, E-Builder or Prolog is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from planning through closeout (≤140 chars).
• Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams (≤140 chars).
• Proficiency with project management software and documentation (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Keep the Project Director informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
• Review technical submissions from Architectural and Engineering firms, including drawings and specs.
• Respond to and manage construction communications such as RFIs, submittals, and clarifications.
• Assist with preparation and execution of job start-up and close-out checklists.
• Read, interpret, and manage project plans, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate and complete as-built project documentation.
• Support TOCC to facilities operations and ensure proper documentation for transition from construction to maintenance mode.
• Use project management software such as ProCore, E-Builder, or Prolog.
• Act as the owner’s representative on capital projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Use Microsoft Project to develop, maintain, and track project schedules.
• Participate in daily planning meetings, document observations, and ensure alignment across project teams.
• Walk construction sites regularly to verify progress, identify field issues, and support resolution efforts.
• Prepare daily reports, photo documentation, and progress measurements.
