Doxim is seeking a Procurement & supply chain Specialist to oversee inventory and supplier coordination, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing cost and quality. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting RFx activities. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in procurement or supply chain and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–8 years of experience in print sourcing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making能力.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory across multiple locations including demand planning and lead time optimization.
• Develop forecasts and set inventory targets to balance service levels and costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Support sourcing activities, including RFx processes and supplier evaluations.
• Create and maintain purchase orders and spend analyses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain goals.
