Job summary

Qode is seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics, procurement, inventory and supply chain operations for a remote-first organization in the United States. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Operations, Finance and IT to drive efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive logistics and supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems like SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics and supply chain strategies.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment.
• Analyze supply chain performance data and recommend improvements.
• Establish KPIs and report to senior management.
• Lead and mentor logistics personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
