DLL is seeking a Portfolio Manager to strengthen risk position through active account management in Missouri and Northern Arkansas. You will build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users to drive profitable growth within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of collections management.
• Business economics knowledge (products, insolvency, bankruptcy).
• Experience and knowledge in the leasing and finance sector.
• Negotiating skills.
• Ability to lift 10lbs, sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• In-depth knowledge of agriculture, construction, transportation and industrial equipment (preferred).
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines.
• A motor vehicle driving record suitable for operating a company vehicle.
• Weekly regional travel required.
• Regional travel required. International travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users through regular interaction and sight visits.
• Management of past due accounts with field assistance for problem resolution.
• Protect company assets through prompt actions regarding retail and wholesale collection.
• Develop and implement action plans to limit delinquency and risk costs.
• Meet with customers to resolve past due accounts.
• Draw up final notices and consequences.
• Define payment plans for debtors.
• Continue collection in case of litigation or bankruptcy.
• Coordinate and/or conduct repossessions per policy.
• Work with dealers to develop repayment terms on recourse obligations.
• Conduct and/or coordinate field audits per policy.
• Proper handling of off-lot units.
• Collection of proceeds on sold units.
• Travel intensive: Missouri and Northern Arkansas.
