DLL is seeking a Portfolio Manager to improve the company’s risk position through active account management. You will develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users to ensure profitable growth within Missouri and Northern Arkansas.

This role requires regular field visits, coordination with collections, and travel across the region. A strong focus on delinquency reduction and policy adherence supports DLL’s broad portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of collections management.
• Experience and knowledge in leasing and finance sector.
• Ability to lift 10lbs, sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users through regular interaction and sight visits.
• Manage past due accounts with field coordination for problem resolution.
• Protect company assets through prompt actions regarding retail and wholesale collection.
• Develop and implement action plans to limit delinquency and risk costs.
• Travel intensive: Missouri and Northern Arkansas.
