Job summary

DLL is seeking a Portfolio Manager to enhance the company’s risk position through active account management across Missouri and Northern Arkansas. You will cultivate relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users to drive profitable growth within an assigned territory.

The role involves managing past-due accounts, coordinating with collections staff, and traveling regionally to execute recovery strategies and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of experience in collections management.
• Knowledge of leasing and finance sectors and insolvency/bankruptcy is preferred.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to follow procedures and precedents.
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs, sit and work at a computer for long periods, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, dealers, and end users through regular interaction and site visits.
• Manage past-due accounts with field support for problem resolution in coordination with collections staff.
• Protect company assets through prompt actions regarding retail and wholesale collection and delinquency management.
• Develop and implement action plans to limit delinquency and risk costs.
• Travel frequently within Missouri and Northern Arkansas for field work and meetings.
