Job summary

You will advance credit enhancement solutions, manage profitability for each account, and collaborate across departments to fulfill client requests. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of business development experience in financial services or mortgage, with up to 30% travel to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Three (3) years or more of relevant business development experience within financial services or mortgage industry.
• Solid understanding of mortgage banking economics and client profitability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Essent to assigned accounts within a regional territory to deliver value-added credit enhancement solutions.
• Build strong client relationships to support current needs and acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
• Identify market opportunities and penetration strategies for new products.
• Coordinate product, pricing, and credit implementation with clients and internal teams.
• Meet timelines for client initiatives, implementations, and roll‑outs.
• Present Essent at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Travel as required to designated lender locations and regional events.
