Job summary

The Glass Guru of Rifle, CO is seeking an organized Office Manager focused on excellent customer service, efficiency and time management. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, develop intra-office protocols, manage inventory, and delegate administrative tasks.

Requirements include 1–2 years of residential glass experience where ordering and estimating were involved, a HS Diploma, and 2 or 4-year college degree preferred. Background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sales and accounting software transactions.
• Handle A/R and prepare deposits for bank run.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to stay current in market place ongoingly.
• Answer inbound phone calls during business hours.
• Pre-screen incoming leads and potential customers.
• Respond to voicemails and messages from the answering service.
• Manage inbound email correspondence and forward accordingly.
• Greet customers and visitors to the showroom.
• Schedule estimate appointments using customer software.
• Quote products by telephone for potential clients.
• Assist Estimators with follow up on pending estimates by phone/email.
• Schedule appointments for Installation Techs and customers.
• Troubleshoot field issues with GM/vendors/Technicians to find solutions.
• Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors for size and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee filing of daily work orders and estimates.
