This full-time, on-site role leads the aftermarket Inside Sales function, driving revenue growth, process optimization, and a proactive sales culture across quotes, inquiries, and orders. You will collaborate with Aftermarket Account Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient quote-to-cash, robust forecasting, and strong customer

Competenze

• 5+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in the automation industry is preferred.
• MS Office and CRM proficiency with advanced Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop ISR team to meet targets.
• Supervise workload, priorities, and performance.
• Manage daily inquiries, quotes, and orders from customers.
• Improve quote-to-order conversion through coaching.
