JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager - Aftermarket in Holland, MI to lead the aftermarket ISR team, drive revenue growth, and optimize quote-to-cash.

This role requires 5+ years in sales, 2+ years leading teams, and proficiency with Salesforce, Epicor/Windchill, and MS Office; you will collaborate with engineering, project, and supply chain to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years working in a Sales or other customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in the automation industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales Representatives to achieve targets.
• Supervise Inside Sales Rep team and manage priorities and performance.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion and improve quote-to-cash processes.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Account Managers, Project Managers, and engineering teams.
