Job summary

JR Automation Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager - Aftermarket in Holland, MI. This full-time, on-site role leads the aftermarket ISR team to drive revenue, customer engagement, and solution development across a broad portfolio of automation solutions.

You will oversee forecasting, quota attainment, and quote-to-cash processes, collaborating with account managers, engineering, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a Sales or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience in the automation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inside Sales Representatives to meet sales, service, and productivity targets.
• Manage daily workflow and prioritization of inquiries and quotes.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion with coaching of ISR behaviors.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and policy adherence.
