JR Automation Technologies, LLC, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks an Inside Sales Manager - Aftermarket to lead the aftermarket sales engine onsite in Holland, MI. You will direct quotes, orders, and customer engagement while aligning with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, 2+ years of team leadership, and strong financial acumen. Hybrid/remote flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in a Sales or other customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in the automation industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Epicor and Windchill; advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales Representatives to achieve targets.
• Supervise and manage Inside Sales Rep team performance and priorities.
• Manage daily workflow for timely inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Establish KPIs to improve processes and allocate resources.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion and monitor backlog and lost sales.
