Job summary

JR Automation Technologies, LLC, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks an Inside Sales Manager - Aftermarket to lead the Aftermarket Inside Sales function onsite in Holland, MI. Lead a field- and process-focused team, optimize quote-to-cash processes, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with Aftermarket Account Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales or customer-facing role.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in the automation industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Epicor and Windchill.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the ISR team to hit targets.
• Supervise Inside Sales Rep team and manage performance.
• Manage daily workflow and timely responses to inquiries and orders.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Resolve customer escalations with internal teams.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket teams to support growth.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and reporting.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling.
