Life Protect 24/7 is seeking an experienced Inbound Call Center Sales Manager to lead a 15-20 person team in a hybrid remote/on-site environment in Norfolk, VA. You will set examples, communicate goals, and ensure quality standards while coaching reps to increase performance and service excellence.

You will foster a positive culture with training, incentives, and development opportunities, ensuring the team stays motivated, engaged, and customer-focused in a fast-paced inbound sales setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years leading a team in a call center environment.
• At least 1 year leading a remote team.
• Experience monitoring call quality, call queues and coaching sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• A customer-focused approach with adaptability to new situations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time.
• Ability to motivate and engage a sales team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15-20 team members in a call center, in a hybrid remote/on-site setup.
• Relay company goals, quality standards, and processes to the team via servant leadership.
• Educate and support sales representatives to improve performance and skills.
• Monitor and coach for call quality, queue management, and sales effectiveness.
