GrowthAssistant is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist (HubSpot) for a telehealth platform. You will build and QA campaigns end to end in HubSpot and OneSignal, ensuring quality before deployment.

You will develop email templates, manage audience segmentation, and perform launch and peer QA, with a focus on deliverability and documentation. The role requires a technical mindset and self-sufficiency, with US business hours and remote work.

Competenze

• Hands-on HubSpot workflows, lists, segmentation logic, and email builds.
• Working HTML/CSS for email — readable/editable code.
• Checklist-driven QA mindset with attention to detail.
• Data structure and segment logic understanding; technical degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Build and edit email templates in HubSpot, verify rendering across devices and clients.
• Set up end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot and OneSignal from briefs.
• Create audience segments with correct inclusion/exclusion logic.
• Run pre/post-launch QA against checklists for accuracy.
• QA code and campaigns developed by others as an independent checker.
• Manage send-volume spikes to protect deliverability.
• Maintain campaign documentation and QA checklists.
