Job summary

somewhere is seeking a HubSpot CRM & Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams through effective CRM administration, campaign execution, event lead management, and day-to-day operations.

The role requires deep HubSpot proficiency, data quality discipline, and the ability to run campaigns, manage post-event follow-up, and ensure timely, consistent email communication and cadences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub administration.
• Experience building marketing emails, segmenting lists, configuring forms, and creating automated workflows.
• Solid understanding of contacts, companies, leads, deals, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets data skills (VLOOKUP, cleaning, imports).
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US EST/CST from home office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HubSpot contacts, companies, leads, deals, and pipelines.
• Build and manage marketing emails, forms, and automated workflows.
• Ingest event leads and coordinate timely follow-up and attribution.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing performance.
• Ensure data quality and maintain CRM documentation.
