Qualifications

• Significant experience leading hospitality operations and driving profitability.
• Experience managing multiple properties and coordinating with ownership groups.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and labor controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel management services across several properties to maximize performance.
• Translate annual financial goals into practical operating plans for each hotel.
• Coach and hold General Managers accountable for property performance.
• Lead property-level financials including budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.
• Train GM teams on workforce planning, compliance, and risk management.
• Review monthly results, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor guest experience, service standards, and overall property performance.
• Act as primary liaison between Migis Hotel Group and property ownership.
• Communicate results, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations clearly.
• Support onboarding of new clients and smooth transitions of properties.
• Support food, beverage, and other outlets profitability where applicable.
