Job summary

Poppy Bank is seeking an Area Manager to lead 8–16 General Managers across multiple markets. This field-based role requires up to 75% travel and a strong focus on hospitality operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will mentor leaders, conduct audits, and drive brand standards while managing labor and scheduling within budget. Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, with commission potential and benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Experience leading field leaders across multiple sites.
• Strong P&L management and revenue growth skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of employment regulations across states.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support General Managers to hit property goals.
• Perform site visits and audits to enforce standards.
• Analyze financial reports to improve profitability.
• Oversee labor, payroll, and scheduling within budget.
• Drive brand initiatives and guest experience improvements.
• Recruit and develop General Managers and leaders.
• Travel up to 75% as required.
