Job summary

Acuren is seeking PLI Technicians (Pipeline Integrity) to support field assignments across the US West Region. The role emphasizes field inspection, data analysis, and reporting to support pipeline integrity programs.

Approximately 90% travel to field sites and client locations, with 10% time at the home division location. In this remote-friendly, full-time position, you will work independently in remote areas, perform NDE inspections, and contribute to customer deliverables while complying with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Technical background desired.
• Experience working with pipeline integrity or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to procedures and specifications, including reports.
• Perform direct assessment of pipe condition and coating.
• Assess pipe for cracks, corrosion, deformation, and anomalies.
• Correlate features to ILI log.
• Conduct fit-for-service evaluations per ASME B31.3 and RSTRENG.
• Calibrate and set up NDE equipment.
• Provide clients with timely, quality services.
• Update pipeline integrity databases and FTP sites.
• Travel across the US up to 75%.
