Job summary

Acuren is seeking PLI Technicians to support pipeline integrity field examinations across the US West Region. The role involves fieldwork, data review, and reporting to support our customers' integrity programs. Travel is extensive, with about 90% out in the field and 10% at the home division location.

Ideal candidates have NDE experience, relevant certifications (MPI, UT, 3D scanning), and a strong safety record. Remote work options exist with substantial field travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical background beneficial.
• Some college coursework in related field preferred; relevant certifications valued.
• Experience in pipeline integrity or maintenance strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct assessment of pipe condition and coating, soils, and cathodic protection.
• Examine pipe for cracks, corrosion, deformation, and manufacturing anomalies.
• Prepare and write pipeline integrity inspection reports and support data management.
• Travel up to 75% across US West Region; 10% based at home division.
