ZipRecruiter is seeking a strategic, revenue-focused Customer Marketing Manager to accelerate enterprise growth by transforming customer relationships into measurable business outcomes.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Brand, and Communications, leading programs to deepen executive relationships, expand strategic accounts, and improve retention while influencing pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, ABM, Sales Enablement, or related B2B marketing role.
• Experience leading executive engagement programs, customer events, advisory boards, or customer advocacy initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can accelerate customer growth across the lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that support enterprise revenue goals.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Measure success through pipeline influence, customer retention, account growth, and advocacy.
• Build a world-class customer advocacy program with case studies, videos, and thought leadership content.
• Lead the Talent All-Stars podcast and other content initiatives to strengthen customer stories.
• Design and run executive engagement programs and events for strategic customers.
