Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Associate Hardware Tech to manage physical infrastructure in a secure data center environment. You will rack and stack equipment, troubleshoot hardware issues, and ensure proper server installation and decommissioning while documenting locations and connectivity.

Ideal candidates will have cable installation knowledge, hands-on hardware experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cable installation.
• Some experience working with the internals of computer hardware is required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Rack and stack equipment in a secure data center environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure seamless server installation and decommissioning activities.
• Verify power connections, status lights, and document hardware location and connectivity.
• Maintain detailed documentation of hardware location and connectivity.
