ProAmpac is seeking an Assistant - Converting to support our manufacturing operations at Forest City, NC. You will operate converting machines, perform routine quality checks, and ensure GMP and safety procedures are followed to maintain high product quality and on-time production.
This role requires 1-3 years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic data entry with Microsoft Excel for reporting. Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
