Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to ignite new business in Lehi, UT. You will generate qualified leads through strategic outbound prospecting, researching target accounts, and building relationships with potential clients.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and campaigns. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, pipeline growth, and ongoing skill development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales with quota responsibility.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and activity metrics.
• Confidence with high-volume outbound outreach and rejection handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to articulate value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social channels.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and pass opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain organized records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and Product on messaging and campaigns.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation targets.
