Pattern, a leading ecommerce acceleration company, seeks a Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential clients from Lehi, Utah, and beyond. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to drive pipeline, participate in events, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.

You will use Salesforce and LinkedIn tools to source prospects, deliver value-driven messaging, and achieve monthly quotas with a structured onboarding and ramp-up plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with phone sales and lead qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through research, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies and targets.
• Attend marketing events and trade shows to generate leads.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to hit quotas.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and coordinate with enterprise reps.
• Support outbound outreach to enterprise accounts and appointments.
