Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver virtual small-group and one‑on‑one reading intervention sessions for students in grades 3–8.
• Use reading assessment data to target fluency and comprehension gaps and adjust instruction quickly.
• Differentiate activities across multiple reading levels, including support for dyslexia and related reading difficulties.
• Track progress in a clear, consistent way and use the data to plan the next sessions.
• Run structured motivation check‑ins that build confidence, persistence, and pride in growth.
