Job summary

Air Education and Training Command in Randolph AFB is seeking a candidate to plan, develop, and validate Readiness Training supporting the deployed mission of Force Support personnel. Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and validates Readiness Training supporting the deployed mission of Force Support personnel.
• Gathers and develops information by researching factual materials through available sources including AFI and subject-matter experts.
• Assesses Program effectiveness.
• Consistently assesses overall program effectiveness by sampling student, instructor, and commanders' needs, validating suggestions and complaints.
• Represents AFPC Personnel Operations Division and Readiness Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with the Air Staff, MAJCOMs, AFPAAS Development Agencies, Military Personnel Flights and PERSCO Teams.
