Job summary

Air Education and Training Command in the United States is seeking a qualified professional to gather data and formulate requirements for instructional systems and to provide direct support to technical training activities.

You will act as the resident SME for mandated training support programs and will develop and implement projects to establish improved training resourcing procedures and baselines, with minimal guidance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Transcripts must be provided if education is used to qualify.
• Foreign education must be evaluated to be equivalent to U.S. education.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data and formulates requirements relative to instructional systems and provides directsupport totechnical training activities.
• Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated technical training support programs.
• Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved training resourcing procedures and baselines for the technical training resource process with minimal guidance, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Personally answers routine, non-technical requests for information such as status of reports, suspense dates, and similar readily available information.
