Job summary

a1FED is seeking an Operational Training and Exercise Program Manager to lead program management and administrative support for the AFMEDCOM/A3T portfolio in Falls Church, VA. The role requires DoD policy knowledge and experience coordinating complex readiness initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

The position emphasizes planning, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure readiness training is effective and timely, with travel as required and collaboration with HQ AF and MAJCOM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Master's degree in Health Administration or related field approved by COR is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of DoD policies and operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and coordinating programs and projects.
• Must possess an active favorable Tier I investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and administrative support services to AFMEDCOM/A3T.
• Support Operational Deployments, the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program (CMRP), CSPAR, and TCCC initiatives.
• Support Specialty Consultants and Career Field Managers in developing and coordinating CMRP checklists and implementation plans.
• Capture, improve, and enhance medical readiness training initiatives for multi-capable medics.
• Coordinate symposiums, workshops, readiness training synchronization events, CSPAR reviews, and CMRP workshops.
• Provide administrative coordination to the CMRP Working Chair, Lead Consultant, Corps Leads, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between HQ AF, AFMEDCOM, MAJCOM POCs, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation, communication, tracking, and follow-up actions for approved improvements.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, teleconferences, and web conferences.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field

Master's degree in Health Administration or related field approved by COR
